Help: Blacklist

Anything you do not wish to see can be added to your blacklist.

So if you wish to hide content that is racist you would add 'racism' to your blacklist.
From this point forward any type of post that is racist will be automatically hidden. This includes people's profile pictures.

The default blacklist is currently:

rating:explicit
