Help: Tags

Tags make it easy to find (and exclude) content instead of just being stuck with searching titles.
There are multiple categories for tags to make distinguishing easier.

Tag Categories

General
Anything that doesn't belong in the other categories.

Artist
Any person that creates their own content. If you create your own content be sure to tag yourself as an artist by doing something like:
artist:my_name_is_very_long

Contributor
Unused.

Copyright
Misleading category name, but used for brands, series, and related such as video games.

Character
Fictional characters.

Species
Unused, but left in the code because I didn't feel like ripping it out.

Invalid
Reserved.

Meta
Information relating to the post itself such as a video being a 2d animation.

Lore
Also unused. This is meant for strict 'tag what you see' rules where an artist would want to have their character tagged as transgender despite being tagged female.

People
Like characters, but for real life people. If a person is also an artist then it should be post-fixed with something like:
artist_name_(person)

Changing Tag Category

Click Tags on the navigation bar and search for a tag and then click edit.
or
When creating a post prefix a tag with something like 'meta:', 'artist:', 'copyright:', etc.
