Gmod: Prop Engine Biplane

Two fully independent radial-5 engines. Top speed of 70 MPH, fully Fin2 wings, and control surfaces. There's a 2.5:1 gear reduction from the engines to the propellers; this ensures that the engines can hit higher RPMs (more power, less shaking).
