HCGE (formerly E02) New Interface and Game Template

This video demonstrates the new interface features for "E02" v10.11.16, including in-program documentation downloads, separate updates messages, button configuration, and game deletion, as well as a new look. Also featured is the now-available game template. The template is a complete set of game files for getting bare minimum functionality from HCGE, suitable for building new HCGE games from, and comes with a ReadMe listing and describing the files with reference links back to the primary documentation. This video demonstrates the template in action, but the very minimal assets and functionality are well below the actual potential of HCGE. This merely demonstrates that it is useful to get something up and running. Other videos on this channel showcase some actual games that make much better use of the engine

Although this recording is made from the Wii version, the documentation download is not available in the release build for that platform or the PSP, because editing isn't very practical on those systems, and has been taken out to lighten the executable. It is only used in this version for illustration
