What If Reskins Were Different? - TF2

Reskinned weapons are great because they let you pick what a certain set of stats looks like in your hands. Want to use the Boston Basher but with a gentleman's twist? The Three-Rune's got your back! But what if instead of reskins just being copy-pastes of their more well-known counterparts, they were their own thing? That's what I'm imagining today: a world where weapon reskins are unique! (Don't criticize my balancing decisions too hard, this is just for fun.)
