Predicting the TF2 Heavy Update Using AI

People are beginning to wonder if the Heavy Update will ever come out. Well, if this AI is correct about the changes, is it something people will even want? In this video, I use a procedural text generator to create a totally real Heavy Update based on whatever the randomness of the generator feels like making.
