Making Medic Fun to Play - A Syringe Gun Concept

Most people find Medic to be a boring class. All you do is W+M1 your teammates, but you don't even get the satisfaction of a hitsound being spammed into your ears. But what if Medic could help his team by attacking enemies, sort of like the Ubersaw? This weapon is based around a similar concept that has been suggested for various existing syringe guns, and while it's nothing new as far as weapon ideas go, my take on it is a bit more reasoned and unique than some others I've seen.
