Designing Engineer Weapons From Randomly Generated Stats

Weapon generators are fun to mess with for a while, but what if we took them further? Engineer has my favorite aesthetic out of all of the classes, so designing weapons for him was a lot of fun to do. All of his gear is a standard gun combined with some random gadgets, so the possibilities you have for him are practically endless. Let me know your name for the last weapon and any other stat suggestions you would give!
