VCN with Multiple CIDR Ranges

A walkthrough on how to configure multiple IPv4 or IPv6 CIDR ranges within a single OCI VCN. Verified by creating multiple IPv4 and IPv6 subnets for the different CIDR ranges and testing connectivity between the subnets in the VCN.
