Oracle Live Energy Connect ICCP Client Configuration #1: Create VMDs with LEC Configuration Manager

In our previous video series, Oracle Utilities Live Energy Connect Configuration Manager Tutorial, you worked with two Oracle Utilities Live Energy Connect Server configurations. For one of those configurations, we used Live Energy Connect as an ICCP client.
