How to Reuse an Old Private IP Address while Restoring an Instance in OCI
Description
In scenarios where you cannot access an existing instance in OCI, and the boot volume associated with the instance is beyond repair. You can create a new instance by recovering the existing boot volume backup. You can also assign the same private IP of the old instance to the new instance that you create.
