How to Launch RHEL 8.7 Image in OCI

This video explains how to launch the Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8.7 image instance in OCI.

IMPORTANT: Download ARM-based images from the Red Hat website to generate ARM images in OCI. The OCI image builder tool does not have this option by default.
