How to Create an Oracle Cloud Administrator
Description
This video explains how to use the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Console to create a new Administrator for your account.
To add another admin for your OCI account, one of the existing cloud account administrators must:
1. Create a federated user
2. Assign the Cloud Account Administrator role
3. Add the user to the default Administrators' groups
4. Create at least one additional/backup Admin
