This week covers the fundamentals of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). We will review Identity and Access Management (IAM) along with basic networking to get started on this journey. We will be talking about Users, Groups, Principals, and Polices, along with the core tenets of virtual network design that will help set the foundations for application deployment. Networking topics include Virtual Cloud Networks (VCN), route tables, CIDR, and Security Lists (SL) / Network Security Groups (NSG).
