Unlike the previous mini-game entries before it, Totally Spies! 3: Secret Agents is a platforming beat-em-up developed by Ouat Entertainment and Magic Pockets. As the title indicates, it is based on the television series Totally Spies!, featuring Sam, Clover and Alex, three secret agents of WOOHP who also frequent college.
