Professor Layton and the Unwound Future, known in Europe as Professor Layton and the Lost Future and in Japan as Professor Layton and the Final Time Travel (レイトン教授と最後の時間旅行 (romanised: Reiton-kyōju to Saigo no Jikan Ryokō)) is a puzzle adventure game by Level-5 for the Nintendo DS. Set in London, it follows the adventures of Professor Layton and his assistant Luke, who somehow receive a letter from Luke's future self (10 years into the future, in fact) to help save London from an enormous threat. Utterly confused as to how they received the letter, they head into the clock shop to begin their investigation.
