TMNT2 is a classic beat-em-up game with 4 classic main characters: Raphael, Leonardo, Michelangelo and Donatello. The latter is the only turtle used in this movie.

This movie is Baxter ( https://tasvideos.org/Users/Profile/Baxter )'s new and improved version, which is an astounding 4 minutes faster than his previous version. Donatello has learned the secret ninja art of teleportation and... no, actually, a glitch that enables the player to move around extremely fast is used to hit all the enemies as soon as they come on screen. But most of the improvement comes from outstanding luck manipulation.
