Dragon Ball FighterZ | GT Goku Color15 and DBS Broly Color13 | Proof of Concept.

In case anyone is curious as to why SSJ4 Goku doesn't change colors:
The game will ALWAYS force the same textures to be loaded for SSJ4 Goku, no matter the color slot. This is done by loading SSJ4 Goku and his materials (and thus textures as well) through GT Goku's particle data, rather than loading him like the base form in SSJ/SSB Goku is loaded.
